환불 및 교환 정책

1. 주문 취소
- 주문 후 24시간 이내 고객센터로 연락 주시면 취소가 가능합니다.
- 이미 발송된 상품은 취소가 불가합니다.

2. 반품 및 환불 가능 조건
- 상품 수령일로부터 14일 이내에 환불 및 교환 요청이 가능합니다. (단, 사용 흔적이 없는 경우)
- 상품은 원래 포장 상태를 유지해야 하며, 구매 영수증 또는 주문번호가 필요합니다.

3. 반품 및 환불 불가 사유
- 고객의 부주의로 인한 상품 손상, 훼손, 사용 흔적이 있는 경우
- 맞춤 제작 상품, 한정판 상품
- 세일/프로모션 상품

4. 교환 가능 조건
- 동일 상품으로만 교환 가능하며, 재고가 없을 경우 환불 처리됩니다.
- 교환은 최초 수령 후 14일 이내 요청해야 합니다.

5. 반품 및 교환 절차
- 반품/교환 요청: 고객센터 또는 이메일 [info@kitschtoys.com]로 접수
- 반품 주소는 요청 후 안내됩니다.
- 수거 방식: 고객이 직접 택배를 접수하거나, 요청 시 판매자가 회수 서비스를 신청할 수 있습니다.
- 반품 배송비는 고객 부담입니다. (단, 불량/오배송은 판매자가 부담)

6. 환불 처리
- 반품 상품 확인 후 3~7영업일 이내 환불됩니다.
- 환불은 결제 시 사용한 동일한 결제수단으로 진행됩니다.

Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours by contacting our customer service.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Conditions for Returns & Refunds
- You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving the item (item must be unused and in original condition).
- The product must remain in its original packaging, and proof of purchase or order number is required.

3. Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Items
- Items damaged or used by the customer
- Customized or limited-edition items
- Sale or promotional items

4. Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are only available for the same product. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

5. Return & Exchange Process

- The return shipping address will be provided after your request is approved.
- How to return: Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping via their local courier.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except for defective or incorrect items).

6. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after we confirm the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
