1. 배송 지역
- 대한민국 전역 배송 가능합니다. (도서산간 지역의 경우 추가 배송비가 발생할 수 있습니다.)

2. 배송 비용
- 배송비: 3,000원 (50,000원 이상 구매 시 무료배송)
- 도서산간 지역 추가 배송비: 3,000원

3. 배송 기간
- 결제 완료 후 영업일 기준 2~5일 이내 발송됩니다.
- 평균 배송 소요 기간: 2~7영업일
- 천재지변, 명절 등 특정 기간에는 지연될 수 있으며, 지연 시 별도로 안내드립니다.

4. 배송 지연 안내
- 발송이 지연될 경우, 고객에게 사전 안내 후 주문 취소 및 전액 환불이 가능합니다.

3. Delivery Time
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time:
   - Asia: 7–14 business days
   - North America & Europe: 10–20 business days
   - Other regions: 14–30 business days
- Delivery may take longer during holidays or due to customs delays.

4. Delayed Delivery
- If your order cannot be delivered within 30 days, we will inform you immediately.
- You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if the delay exceeds 30 days.
